These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HGHMexico.mx (the "Service"), operated by Corp 001 under Mexican law. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. A Spanish version is available; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Operator

The Service is operated by Corp 001 (R.F.C. CUN1905221K7), with domicile at Carretera Libre Tijuana–Ensenada 3009, Local 2, Colonia Playa Encantada, Playas de Rosarito, Baja California, C.P. 22713, México. Corp 001 holds Aviso de Funcionamiento COFEPRIS (Homoclave Cofepris-05, "Insumos para la Salud") N° 200203506X0020, filed 02/06/2020.

2. Eligibility and lawful purpose

By using the Service you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or are the parent/legal guardian acting on behalf of a minor patient under physician supervision;
• You have a valid prescription issued by a physician holding a current Mexican cédula profesional;
• The medication is intended for the patient named on the prescription;
• Delivery will be to an address located within the United Mexican States;
• You will not transport, ship, or arrange transportation of medication purchased here across any international border in violation of the laws of any country.

3. Prescription requirement

Norditropin® (somatropin) is a prescription medication classified as Insumo para la Salud under Mexican law. We dispense only against valid Mexican prescriptions reviewed and approved by our Responsable Sanitario. We reserve the right to decline any order where the prescription is incomplete, illegible, expired, or where the indication is not consistent with approved medical use. Off-label requests for anti-aging, athletic performance, or bodybuilding are not accepted.

4. Mexico-only fulfillment

We deliver only to addresses within Mexico. We do not ship to the United States, Canada, or any other country. The shipping address you enter at checkout is validated against Mexican states; non-Mexican addresses will be rejected. You are responsible for receiving the medication at your declared Mexican address.

5. Pricing, payment, and tax

Prices are displayed at checkout in the agreed currency. We accept payment in USDC stablecoin on the Polygon network through our self-hosted payment gateway. Crypto-asset transactions are final upon on-chain confirmation; we do not offer chargebacks. CFDI tax receipts are issued in accordance with SAT requirements upon request and provision of your RFC and tax address.

6. Order acceptance and cancellation

An order is not accepted until our Responsable Sanitario approves the prescription and confirms availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel a paid order before dispatch, we will refund the payment through a manual on-chain payout (gas fees may apply); refunds are not automatic.

7. Returns and quality

For sanitary and regulatory reasons, prescription medications cannot be returned once dispensed, except where the product is defective or has been damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged or compromised product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and the order reference; we will arrange replacement at no additional cost.

8. Intellectual property and trademarks

All content on the Service is the property of Corp 001 or used with permission. "Norditropin" and "FlexPro" are registered trademarks of Novo Nordisk A/S; we use these marks nominatively to identify the products we dispense and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Novo Nordisk.

9. Privacy

Our processing of personal data — including sensitive health data — is described in our Aviso de Privacidad Integral, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Information on the site is for general purposes and is not medical advice. Always consult your prescribing physician. To the fullest extent permitted by Mexican law, Corp 001 disclaims all warranties whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Mexican law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Service for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages.

12. Compliance with foreign law

Patients residing outside Mexico are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of their country of residence regarding the importation, possession, and use of prescription medications. Nothing on this site is intended to induce or assist the violation of any foreign law. Human growth hormone is subject to specific restrictions in some jurisdictions, including the United States.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted at this URL with a "Last updated" date. Material changes will be announced on the home page for a reasonable period.

14. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the City of Tijuana, State of Baja California, México, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
